Refunds and disputes

Wallet recharges, unused consultation minutes (where a session failed technically), product orders and pooja bookings may be refunded in full or part. Each refund records reason, amount, approver and payment reference.

Duplicate credits are blocked by Razorpay payment id. Chargebacks follow Razorpay dispute flow. A reading is guidance, not a prediction — disagreement with an interpretation is not by itself grounds for a chargeback.

Failed connections that never reach “live” are not billed beyond any reserved minimum, after reconciliation.
